The Side-Channel and Glitching Starter Pack (Level 1) (SCAPACK-L1) is a handy collection to help you get started with power analysis. The L1 kit comes with a ChipWhisperer-Lite Capture, a UFO Board and three targets: (1) XMEGA 8-bit RISC, (1) 32-bit Cortex-M4 (STM32F3), and (1) 32-bit Cortex-M0 (STM32F0). This kit has everything you need to get started, allowing you to complete most of the free ChipWhisperer tutorials and works with the collection of CW308 UFO Boards. 

ChipWhisperer-Lite integrates hardware for performing power analysis measurement, device programming, glitching, and serial communications into a single board. This allows you to program the included XMEGA or STM32F targets.

Kit Includes:

• ChipWhisperer Lite Capture Board

• CW308 UFO Target board with XMEGA, STM32F3, and STM32F0 targets.

• SMA to BNC cable for connecting CW308 to a regular oscilloscope.

You can add an Advanced Breakout board if you plan on using targets which don't have 3.3V I/O levels. If you'll be attacking separate boards, you should check out the Level 2 kit, which is designed for attacking targets on the CW308 UFO Board (and includes the probes that you’ll likely need).

This kit has changed slightly over time.

Previous versions:

• February 2018: Removed the ChipWhisperer-Lite 2-part version "Target" side (which was duplicated with the XMEGA target already), and added a STM32F0 target.

• Summer 2017: The AVR target was removed, and the STM32F3 was added in it's place.
